Any parts off a 203 interchange with a 205? Looks like the yokes and a couple of the aluminum covers might be the same.

I doubt anyone does, but if anybody needs any Ford 203 parts before I toss it, you can have what's left of it.

Never had a 203 apart, damn thing has spider gears on the output shaft

Yep they are junk. I have built one, never liked them after that.

I thought these 205s are supposed to be tough. Mine is broke and I ain't got to use it yet. Got a broke shift fork.

205's are tough. You can run them with mud for oil. Must be cause yours is a ford version.

I knew that was coming. Shift forks are the same as Chevy, so if you know where a good used one is give me a holler. If not I guess I'll be ordering a new one. Probably gonna cost more than I paid for the whole 205.

Ill keep my eyes open. I have all the gears from my other one, but I re used the shift forks out of my old one. Cant you just weld it?

Someone has had it open since it broke and took the pieces that broke off out. Either that or the 205 ate them.

I have an old 205(ford) case that I plan to get the outputs out of.  If you need the fork I'll try to take it apart one day this week.

Bruce...Tommy has "tons "of xfer case parts...he rebuilds them. Give him a shout and I am positive he has parts for a 205. 931-939-2971
